Jen Dalton is the Founder and CEO of BrandMirror, a Certified Personal Brand Strategist for Executives and Entrepreneurs. Catherine and Jen spoke about the importance of listening around the holidays and in life in general when dealing with people. In Jen's book "Listen," she also goes further into detail about how to address difficult conversations when people are heavily invested in the outcome of a situation.
